Worrying is one of the most destructive and unavailing habits we could ever engage in, yet it is one of the most common habits we all get caught up in!
Worrying is not only a bad habit but it can also lead to and fuel many mental health issues including anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder to name a few.
Having been a ‘worrier’ myself, I know too well how distressing the habit of worrying is. Acknowledging the habit was the first step to finding my own inner Warrior and from there I chose to fight the habit and conquer my anxiety disorder for good.
